Who we are
Clear My Way is a private, in-person coaching intensive provided by Temirlan Tokobekov in the United States. This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Request form. Your name, phone number or messenger handle, the city you would like us to travel to, and the dates you choose.
- Basic site analytics and advertising measurement. Like most websites, we may use cookies or similar tools from Google, Meta and LinkedIn to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure our advertising. These tools collect technical information such as your browser type, pages visited and approximate location.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request and arrange your dates.
- To improve the website and measure which advertising works.
We do not sell your information. We do not use what you tell us during the intensive for marketing, testimonials or examples. Coaching sessions are not recorded.
Who can see it
Your request is seen only by Temirlan Tokobekov and his assistant, who is bound by a confidentiality agreement. Our form, hosting and analytics providers process data on our behalf only to deliver their services.
How long we keep it
We keep request details only as long as needed to respond and arrange the intensive. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, contact us using the request form on this website and say that your message concerns privacy.
